Internet Safety!!!

Hi Everyone,
Today we had Officer Hope from the Toronto Police Service here to talk about the issue of internet safety and how important it is for you to be safe on line.  I took the opportunity to talk to you, in detail, about some of the things you can do to protect yourself.  Please try and talk to your parents about this tonight and do some of the privacy precautions as well.
Also, we covered the Mid-chapter review in Math for the Grade 5s.  Remember there is a short quiz tomorrow.  For the Grade 6's, we covered Changing the Scale on a Graph. 
For writing, we went over the paragraph that you wrote and some corrections you can make. 

For homework:

Math:
Grade 5 - p. 104 - All and study for tomorrow's quiz.

Grade 6 - p. 87 A-D and WB p. 27

Social Studies:
Grade 5 - notes for p. 20-29
Grade 6 - notes for p. 140-151
Short Quiz for Friday.

Notes:

Bring home and review the book order (due Nov 18th) and the picture order forms (due Nov 11th).
