Half Way There
Hi Everyone,
We had a busy day with a math quiz for the Grade 6s, learning about the different types of questions we ask when reading, exploring peace, and Mental Math for the Grade 5s. We have covered a lot today, but tomorrow will be more independant work. Grade 5s don't forget to do your math workbook, page 31. Have a great night!

Into the Swing of Things
Hi Everyone,
I was very happy with how we welcomed our guest into the community. Let's make him feel a part of the community as the year goes on. For the Grade 5s we covered the begining of Addition and Subtraction in math, we introduced Questioning in Reading, and learned notetaking in Social Studies. The Grade 6s covered all of the above as well as the midchapter review for Data Managment. Please finish any work that was not completed in class. Thanks and see you tomorrow!

First Day!
Hello Everyone,
I had a wonderful day getting to know all of you. I'm very excited to spending the rest of the year together as a community. Please remember to read the assessment form with your parents and bring the bottom portion back tomorrow after it has been signed. Also, if you have any Dance-a-Thon money, remember to bring that in as well. I hope you all have a great evening. See you all bright and early tomorrow.
